Best clean I’ve had in a while and I’ve had a lot of cleaners so happy with the service reliable easy to book and manage
brilliant cleaning company. at first, i had a cleaner that was unqualified and rude but the company were very quick to respond to my emails and came out the next day to properly clean and rectify the issue. they were very apologetic and professional and my place was nice and clean after just a couple of hours. special thank you to keishia (one of the managers) who was very quick to respond and fix the issue and she came to my house herself with a cleaning team to make sure everything was done to her standard. she even cleaned the oven herself and it is now sparkling! she and the other cleaners who came to my house today were very respectful and polite about my disabilities and they went above and beyond.
I booked them last week.I sent full cleaning work details to that lady who manage this.She gave me price which we agreed and then after when she visited property she said I need to pay extra as another item (burner) was greasy.First we agreed £220 after visiting I paid her £240 in advance.Today worker came and after 2 hour I got call from manager lady .She said that I need to pay £50 extra to clean Burner Stove???I explained to her that I already paid for the jobBut she refuse to clean that Burner Stove.I am going to attach photos of the job which been done by her cleaners..After them I paid someone to clean that Burner Stove..Just for all those people who planning to do business with this companyBe carefull as She Takes all money upfrontAnd don’t do the proper job aswell..Never ever again these scammersPart 2)As I received reply from company so I understand it’s better option to expose them now..1) The Lady mentioned that I did breach of the agreement?Kindly could you please provide me a copy of sign aggrement?As when I provided you pictures of cleaning stuff we both agreed on a price but you never ever mention that it will be done in 3-4 hours.2) You said that I paid for booking less than 48 hours prior to service,Which is totally a Lie.As you already seen the job and you didn’t mention that your cleaners need 1 week notice.3) You said that I didn’t gave access to the cleaners for the other room .“ while I was there for 1 hour 30 minutesYour both cleaners were still in ist room.Then they had to do cleaning in 2nd room.And then access for 3rd room.Soon I go out to sort out some things you gave me a call that I didn’t gave them keys for the 3rd room?Your cleaners were aware that I was going out for a bit why they didn’t ask me for the keys that time…Basically it’s a trap take full money upfront and then ask for more money to do same service…Waooo
I had my home deep cleaned yesterday 15th January, as I plan to sell it. I would strongly recommend this company/ service, they were timely and did an excellent +++++ Deep Clean, the place was spotless, and actually smelt clean too if that is possible. There rates are very competitive with good value for money. I can’t be anymore gushing, was so happy with the results.
Stanley provides 5 star services, the apartment looks squeaky clean and beds are nicely made. We will definitely keep using his services.
